Meeting Fees
MIAM Meeting (Online)
MIAM meetings last for up to one hour and are individual meetings. They can be held via Zoom or Whatsapp.
Joint Mediation Meeting (Online)
Joint online mediation meetings last for up to two hours and are held via Zoom.
Joint Mediation Meeting (In-person)
Joint mediation meetings last for up to two hours and are held in a meeting room environment.
Document Preparation
MR Mediation Services can produce the documents below.
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Finance and Property
The MOU is a legally privileged document. It records your joint proposals for your future agreed between you. The price includes up to 3 drafts to allow for minor changes.
Open Financial Statement (OFS)
The OFS is an open statement and can be shared outside of mediation e.g. to a court and records your joint proposals for your future agreed between you. The price includes up to 3 drafts to allow for minor changes.
Statement of Child Arrangements (Parenting Plan)
The Statement of Child Arrangements (SCA) outlines your agreements made in mediation for your children's time with each of you post separation or divorce. The price includes up to 3 drafts to allow for minor changes.
Court Form Preparation
E.g. Form C100 for Child or All Issues cases, Form A for Finance only cases
MR Mediation operates as a 'pay as you go' service i.e. each meeting requires payment 2 days beforehand. This means that you won't have to pay for everything at once.
